* The Lack Of Energy: Sometime we don't have so much energy left with because of our work pressure in job, school, college etc.
* The Lack Of Time: We all usually don't have time from our busy schedule to do such activities.
* The Lack Of Motivation: We don't have proper Knowledge about self care and not having motivation people usually think thinking about ourself is being selfish.
* Mental Illness: We all are just busy in taking tension of our present past and future.
Conclusion
Take care of yourself. Spend time with yourself you need to feel peace. Feel free to talk about your emotion. You need your own love affection too. Take 8 hour of sleep, proper diet try to avoid junk food. Self care is important for physical as well as your mental health too.
